The 916th AP office is your one-stop shop for official, full length or passport photos.
Members are asked to submit AF Form 833 prior to their appointments to 916arw.pa@us.af.mil.
Passport photos require UDM or passport manager submission using the Form 833.
Anyone without a completed Form 833 will be turned away and asked to reschedule.
