All military members are subject to frequent and random drug testing. In the Navy, Sailors are selected for urinalysis several times a year. The urinalysis tests a wide variety of the most commonly used drugs. Petty Officer Houston Waters set out to find out how the Navy is dealing with new drugs like "spice" that are harder to detect.
