Developing economic strength in Iraq is crucial to the successful transition scheduled to take place later this year. For Provincial Reconstruction Teams (PRTs) it's a joint effort between the U.S. military and the state department. Gail McCabe takes us to one event where the focus centered on giving power to the women.
