U.S. Army Lt. Col. Steve Soh, battalion commander with the Korean Service Corps, speaks about an English Festival event held in partnership with the Good Neighbor Program at the Pyeongil Elementary School, on Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea, Oct. 20, 2023.
