Interview with LTC Baggio
DVIDS Hub
Dec. 3, 2004 | 3:22
Lieutenant Colonel Dan Baggio, Public Affairs Officer, Multinational Forces Iraq/III Corps, explains to a reporter reasons some units will stay throughout the elections; says the extension is only about one to two months and does not go beyond expectations of the troops because it was discussed about a year before they departed; says he is confident in Coalition and Iraqi Forces. He also says Fallujah was a militarized stronghold, a place here insurgents did their planning, and that right now they have no such place to plan operations for extended periods, giving coalition forces a massive advantage over them.
