SSG Christopher Ramirez BARED IT ALL: crushing defeat, boardroom anxiety, and the ruck that almost ended him. We sit down with him after a rough Tri-Command Competition to dissect his losses: the single Army combatives defeat, the DNF on the 12-mile ruck, and the mental grind of the oral board (memorizing an Army's worth of regs, anyone?).

Did these setbacks break him, or build him? He reveals the secret weapon he'll use to turn these failures into DOMINANCE at the regional Best Leader Competition in May. He also lifts the lid on his team's dynamics - how their unique talents and experiences make them an unstoppable force.
