The Missouri National Guard held a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new Family Resiliency Center at the Ike Skelton Training Site in Jefferson City, Missouri. The center will be utilized as a venue for weddings, military ceremonies and also serve as a space for spiritual well-being, counseling and behavioral healthcare for Guardsmen and their families.
