Commemoration being hosted by George H. W. Bush, 41st U.S. president, to mark the 20th anniversary of the start of military operations to liberate Kuwait in the spring of 1991. The observance will be held at Reed Arena on the campus of Texas A&M University, home of the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum.
