As Col. Craig Baker assumes command of the Ohio Air National Guard’s 180th Fighter wing in Toledo, Ohio, he does so as the nation's first dual-status commander of an Air National Guard wing. As the 180th FW transitions to an Active Associate unit, Baker's role illustrates the Air Force's Total Force Integration initiative, which builds upon the concept of One Air Force with three components.
