SCRIPT: SSgt Ashley Sitthideth 21st Century Sailor and Marine Initiative Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve affairs, the Honorable Juan Garcia, and Chief of Navy Reserve, Vice Admiral Dirk Debbink, visited sailors and marines at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, to roll out the 21st century sailor and marine initiative. the initiative includes five areas: readiness, safety, inclusion, continuum of service, and physical fitness. AND, ON THIS VISIT ADMIRAL DEBBINK AND ASSISTANT SECRETARY GARCIA WOKE UP EARLY TO FOCUS ON PHYSICAL FITNESS BY PTING WITH THE SEABEES. ASSISTANT SECRETARY GARCIA SAYS THAT PHYSICAL FITNESS IS IMPORTANT.
