Brigadier General Sean Byrne, Director, Military Personnel Management, talks to a military reporter at Ali Al Saleem, Kuwait about how he's working with Louisiana National Guard Soldiers, 256th Bridage Combat Team, who just departed Iraq. BG Byrne's "Tiger Team" is assisting Soldiers with families back in Louisiana or Mississippi to identify Soldiers who have family and/or property in the effected regions, brief Soldiers on available resources and collect detailed information from effected soldiers.
