About 135 Missouri Army and Air National Guardsmen participated in a three-day marksmanship training mission and competition March 15-17 at Camp Crowder in Neosho, Mo. The challenge, known as the Adjutant General State Combat Match Rifle/Pistol Championships, brought together some of the Guard's best marksmen who shot both the M16 and M9 toward targets at distances ranging 15 to 300 yards in a variety of conditions and positions. The annual State Combat Match is designed to promote marksmanship training for Guard members by affording troops an opportunity to test their skills and weapons in a battle-focused competition. Available in High Definition.
