SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Senior Master Sgt. Dana Bates (middle with red helmet) completes Parachute Water Survival Training at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. Sgt. Bates is a Reservist with the 916th Air Refueling Wing and works as the aircrew flight equipment supervisor. In this picture she is preparing to parasail to demonstrate her proficiency in post ejection/bailout procedures. This training will help her train KC-135 and F-15 pilots at Seymour Johnson.
