The first recipient is Tech. Sgt. Bonifacio, an active duty member from Kirtland Air Force Base. Sgt. Bonifacio was recognized as working tirelessly to become station qualified in record time while providing outstanding support and mentorship to other AEF members during recent hurricane ops.
