916th breaks ground on multi-million dollar project
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- With gold shovels in hand members of the 916th Air Refueling Wing, 4th Fighter Wing, Daniels and Daniels Construction Co. and local government officials break ground for the three new buildings for the 916th ARW.
