Reservist recognizes IBM employer with award
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C.-- Senior Master Sgt. Bryan Payne (left), a member of the 916th Air Refueling Wing, presents his employer, Tony Hibler of IBM, with an Employer Support of Guard and Reserve Patriot Award. The award honors employers who give outstanding support to their National Guard and Reserve employees. Sgt. Payne works with the 916th Communications Squadron as a reservist and serves as a managing consultant with IBM. Sgt. Payne noted that not only did Mr. Hibler allow him to schedule his work around his drill weekends, but he also recognized the value of the training Sgt.
