Seasoning program allows Reservist to hone skills

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Seninor Airman Gary Mathis (front) cuts wood with Senior Master Sgt. (ret.) Ben King. Airman Mathis is a structure journeyman with the 916th Civil Engineer Squadron. He is a currently in enrolled in a seasoning program, which helps him hone his Reserve skills while working with the active duty 4th Fighter Wing Civil Engineer Squadron. Mr. King is a structures shop supervisor and retired as a member of the Air Force Reserve squadron.
