Logistics officer recognized for performance at Bagram

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Capt. Neil Chandler (center) receives the Company Grade Officer of the Quarter award from Brig. Gen. Mike Holmes (left), former commander of the 4th Fighter Wing and current commander of the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing in Bagram, Afghanistan. Also present is 455th AEW Command Chief Ray Clark. Capt. Chandler is an officer with the 916th Logistics Readiness Squadron and deployed to Afghanistan earlier this year.
