SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Team Tanker is ready to play! Reservists from the 916th Air Refueling Wing pose for a picture prior to their softball game on April 17. More than 30 members of the wing and active duty members from the 911th Air Refueling Squadron play twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays against various teams comprised of squadron members from the 4th Fighter Wing. The season began just a few weeks ago and so far Team Tanker is having a lot of fun. They are coached by Master Sgt. Laura Gebert and the coach says they are always looking for players, but really need some enthusiastic fans to support them at their games on-base each week.

The 916th Intelligence Flight is commended by wing leadership during a commander's call, held at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base during the April drill weekend. The flight was identified by the Air Force Reserve Command Inspector General team for their superior performance in the wing's most recent Unit Effectiveness Inspection.
