ROA president-elect visits Reserve wing

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Admiral Paul Kayye (right), the president-elect for the Reserve Officer Association and Brig. Gen. (ret.) William Meredith, a RED HORSE advocate, attended the activation ceremony of the 567th RED HORSE Squadron here in early March. Admiral Kayye was also on-hand to speak about the ROA at a 916th Air Refueling Wing officer's call.
