Caroline Evernham (left), 916th Operations Group commander and Senior Airman Jessica Welch of the 911th Air Refueling Squadron, cut the ribbon on the refurbished 916th Aircrew Flight Equipment Facility. The redesigned building offers new office space and expanded areas for life support equipment. The ribbon cutting ceremony took place here on March 18.
