Logistics officer named best of year

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Capt Neil Chandler (left), accepts the Air Force Reserve Command Logistics Readiness Company Grade Officer of the Year award from Maj. Gen. Robert McMahon. Capt. Chandler was a key part of coordinating the singlest largest airdrop in Afghanistan and he led the busiest aerial port flight in Operation Enduring Freedom.
