It's good to be chief
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE--Newly promoted Chief Master Sgt. Jeff Jarvis was surprised in early June with an office full of balloons (and crickets) by his commander and fellow civil engineers. Lt. Col. Kerri Grimes, commander of the 916th Civil Engineer Squadron, organized a surprise breakfast and promotion ceremony for Chief Jarvis. Chief Jarvis started with the 916th Air Refueling Wing, Air Force Reserve in 1992.
