Wing commander's call honors military ceremony and tradition
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C.--During the October unit training assembly more than 900 reservists from the 916th Air Refueling Wing performed a military tradition by attending a wing formation commander's call. Reservists gathered in the main hangar of the Air Force Reserve tanker wing and watched as awards were presented to various members of the wing. In addition, Col. Fritz Linsenmeyer, wing commander, made several command announcements. This was the first time in more than 10 years that members of the wing took part in this type of event.
