Sunny skies in South America

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C.-- Staff Sgt. Charles Alford, a reservist with the 916th Communication Squadron, sends greetings from El Salvador. He is currently stationed in Honduras as a operations NCO for the directorate of command, control, communications and computer systems for a forward deployed task force. He also supports the mission by teaching a telecommunication academy and has traveled into El Salvador to help support medical operations there. Sgt. Alford supported Operation Iraqi Freedom just last year.
