SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --Wayne County Commissioners Bud Gray and Andy Anderson join the 916th Air Refueling Wing Commander Col. Fritz Linsenmeyer, for the unveiling of "The Spirit of Wayne County." The KC-135 Stratotanker was formerly known as plane 62-3509, but was rededicated in honor of the eastern North Carolina county.
