Reserve member supports telecommunications academy

PIEDRA MESA, Costa Rica - Air Force Staff Sgt. Charles Alford, Joint Task Force-Bravo communications directorate, talks to operators in the JTF-Bravo Joint Operations Center from a village in the remote mountains of Costa Rica. The communications directorate, or J-6, recently began teaching servicemembers from various career fields how to use the communications equipment used on deployments to augment the small group of people qualified to operate it.
