SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --  Congratulations to the following individuals who were selected to pin on the rank of lieutenant colonel in the most recent board:

Maj. Carol Yeager, Wing Staff Chaplain's Office
Maj. Robert Talton, 77th Air Refueling Squadron

Yeager pins on her new rank on Oct. 1 and Talton's is effective today.
