Early dismissal Jan. 28

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --  Due to inclement weather, early release is directed for all 916th Air Refueling Wing non-essential personnel at 2 p.m., 28 January.

The National Weather Service has updated a winter storm warning for the area, in effect from noon Tuesday, Jan. 28 to 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29. An accumulation of more than 4 inches of snow is expected within the local area during this period.

Please use caution when traveling on the roads today and tomorrow.

All afternoon appointments at the 4th Medical Group will be canceled and rescheduled to a later date.

Remain alert for reporting updates from the AFRC Emergency Notification System.
