SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --  The 916th Air Refueling Wing commander has directed delayed reporting Tuesday, March 4. Normal duty hours will begin at 11:30 a.m. All personnel should exercise caution on their commute and contact their supervisor if they encounter conditions unsafe for travel.
