A weather warning has been issued for moderate thunderstorms with winds greater than or equal to 35 knots but less that 50 knots, until 7p.m. Wednesday. The National Weather Service has issued flash flood watch for Wayne County and the surrounding areas, in effect until early Thursday morning.
