Civil engineer promoted
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C.--Staff Sgt. Robert Smith, a utilities journeyman with the 916th Civil Engineer Squadron here, received his promotion certificate during the 916th Air Refueling Wing's Unit Training Assembly in December.
