Where there's smoke, there's fire
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Lt. Col. Kerri Grimes, commander of the 916th Civil Engineer Squadron, emerges from the flashover simulator training building during a recent exercise. The building, located at the Gaston Community College Regional Training Center in Charlotte, N.C., helps firefighters train for real world emergencies. More than 50 reservists attended a four-day exercise in the Charlotte area in mid-February.
