Stout receives new stripes
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Master Sgt. Michael Stout (center) receives his senior non-commissioned officer stripes from Master Sgt. Shawn Futrell (right) and Tech. Sgt. Kenneth Jefferson. Sergeant Stout is a KC-135R crew chief with the 916th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
