Scotty Sweatt 916th Public Affairs Office SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- The 911th Air Refueling Squadron is an Air Force active-duty squadron assigned as the first Active-Associate to the Air Force Reserve's 916th Air Refueling Wing. This week meet Airman First Class Corrie Jones, hydraulics maintenance apprentice with the 911th ARS. What made you decide to join the Air Force? I joined for the career and steady job. What do you like most about your Air Force job? Working outside, and working with my hands. I like mechanical things, tearing things apart and putting them back together. What is your favorite book? A Child Called "It". It is about a man who is abused as a child by his mother and all of the things that he had to go through to overcome his situation to get where he is. He grew up and became an Air Force pilot. It is a true story, a really good story. If you could have any job in the world, what would it be? I like being a mom, so I already have that job, they call me Mommy. What is your favorite hangout in Goldsboro? At my house, and at Torero's with my friend Tia, and all of our children!
