Deployed engineer earns college degree
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Tech. Sgt. John Chartier (right) receives is Community College of the Air Force degree while stationed at Camp Speicher, Iraq. Sergeant Chartier is a Reservist with the 916th Civil Engineer Squadron and works as a pavement and heavy equipment apprentice.
