SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C -- Senior Master Sgt. Bryan Payne (right) and Master Sgt. Timothy Lee meet in Balad during a Top Three meeting there. Sgt. Payne is a Reservist with the 916th Communication Squadron and Sgt. Lee is a Reservist with the 916th Civil Engineer Squadron. Both are currently deployed to Iraq.
