Seymour Johnson evacuates jets in preparation for Hanna

Officials are preparing to evacuate approximately 80 F-15E Strike Eagles and three KC-135R Stratotankers to Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio on Thursday in response to the threat of high winds associated with Hurricane Hanna. Four additional stratotankers will be sent Grissom Air Reserve Base, Ind.

Reservists concerned about the impending unit training assembly weekend should contact their immediate supervisors on Thursday afternoon.
