SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Tech. Sgt. Charles Alford is on his third tour of duty to Honduras. He spent Thanksgiving at Howard Air Base in Panama. Sgt. Alford is a Reservist with the 916th Communications Squadron.
