BAGRAM AIR BASE, AFGHANISTAN--Lt. Col. Robert Youngblood, staff judge advocate for the 916th Air Refueling Wing, talks to Reporter Ken Fine from the Goldsboro News Argus about his job in Afghanistan. Colonel Youngblood reviews fiscal contracts for purchases within Afghanistan to support the military and building of infrastructure.
