General visits 916th

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. --  Maj. Gen. Eric Crabtree, 4th Air Force commander, got an up-close and personal look at the 916th Air Refueling Wing in early May.

The general presided over the change of command ceremony between Col. Fritz Linsenmeyer and Col. Randall Ogden and took some time after the event to meet the Airmen of the Goldsboro wing.

The general's afternoon began with a luncheon with 10 Airmen in grades E1-E4. The young troops asked questions about commissioning opportunities and the future of Air Force Reserve Command.

After lunch, the general was able to visit maintenance, operations, the firing range with security forces and the logistics readiness squadron.
