He just made the cut-off.

In early November, Col. Randy Ogden, 916th Air Refueling Wing commander pledged the Air Force Sergeants Association a lifetime membership.  Good thing he did it when he did because the prices are going up based on rank.

AFSA is holding its annual End-of-the-Year Membership Campaign from Nov. 1 to Dec 31, 2011. A special five-year membership rate is being offered for $100.00

AFSA is an organization with more than 110,000 total Air Force enlisted professionals. Increased membership gives AFSA a more powerful voice as it provides face-to-face representation on Capitol Hill fighting to preserve and enhance enlisted members' benefits.

The local chapter, Chapter 371, currently has 883 members and is making a push to get at least 1100 members by Dec. 31, 2011, according to chapter president, Master Sgt. Jamie S. Prince, of the 4th Logistics Readiness Squadron.

Tech. Sgt. Kim Browne, 916th Force Support Squadron, is the membership chairman for the 916th Air Refueling Wing.
