No matter the organization, communication is always a challenge.

With nearly 1,000 reservists serving at the 916th Air Refueling Wing on drill weekends, ensuring key information reaches the masses has become a priority.

The Human Resource Development Council has been key in identifying the need to reach out to the lowest levels to ensure Airmen at the Reserve wing know what's going on during a drill weekend. From lunch-n-learns to retirements and meetings, a drill weekend can be full activities, but unless the information is communicated Airmen might miss key opportunities to become involved.

The wing commander's executive officers developed a way to ensure Airmen can see what's going on before the drill weekend happens. See the attached video news story for more information and check out the Sharepoint at: https://seymourjohnson.eim.acc.af.mil/916th_arw/utaevents/default.aspx
