October 2018 UTA Guidance

The 916 ARW is planning to conduct our UTA as currently scheduled for 13-14 Oct.

Due to the hurricane, the local area is experiencing an extreme shortage of lodging, but we are actively working to resolve the wing's lodging requests and accommodate all members who are authorized lodging. Many of our local hotels have advised that they may have to cancel confirmed reservations to accommodate in-house guests who were displaced by Hurricane Florence. However, the wing lodging team is dedicated to reconciling these challenges to meet the mission. The prior locations assigned by ALRS can and will change, so your flexibility and patience is much appreciated. There will be more updates to follow for members requiring lodging as the UTA approaches.
