U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Adam C. Dalson assumed command of the 911th Air Refueling Squadron from Lt. Col. Thomas A. Hutton during a change of command ceremony on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, May 23, 2019. Col. Chris Holland, the 916th Operations Group Commander presided over the ceremony where Dalsons family and friends as well as members of the 916th Air Refueling Wing were all in attendance.

Chris Holland, the 916th Operations Group Commander presided over the ceremony where Dalsons family and friends as well as members of the 916th Air Refueling Wing observed him assume command of the 911th Air Refueling Squadron.

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE --
U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Adam C. Dalson took command of the 911th Air Refueling Squadron from Lt. Col. Thomas A. Hutton during a change of command ceremony on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, May 23, 2019. 
 
Col. Christopher Holland, commander of the 916th Operations Group, presided over the ceremony, receiving the guidon from Hutton and passing it to Dalson.
 
During the ceremony, a crowd of wing members, community partners, family and friends observed as Dalson took the reins of leadership from Hutton, who will go on to serve as the deputy commander of the 916th Operations Group. 
 
Dalson is a senior pilot with over 1200 combat-flying hours who prior to his current position, served as the director of operations for the 911th ARS.
