SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- First Sergeant Justin Patton (right) gives a Raleigh Police Department coin to Ms. Donna Lea of the 916th Public Affairs Office in early March. Ms. Lea was instrumental in arranging a KC-135R air-to-air refueling flight for officers from the Raleigh PD. The 916th Air Refueling Wing educates nearly 300 business and community leaders each year on the mission of the Reserve wing through their public affairs flight programs.
