916th Command Post takes another award 4/6/2011 - SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Fourth Air Force announced their 2010 Command and Control Awards recently. Congratulations to Senior Master Sgt. James Loper, command post superintendent for being named Command Post Senior Non-commissioned Officer of the Year for 2010. Sergeant Loper was instrumental in ensuring the 916th Air Refueling Wing received the first-ever excellent rating in a no-notice nuclear operational readiness inspection in July 2010. In addition, Sgt. Loper volunteers his time to several veterans organizations, creating awareness in surrounding communities.
