7/24/2012 - SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- The Kitty Hawk Airlift/Tanker Association will host a golf tournament on Friday, Aug. 24, 2012 at the Three Eagles Golf Course.
The tournament is being held in conjunction with the National Airlift/Tanker Association's annual board meeting which is being held here.
Proceeds for the tournament benefit the Kitty Hawk Airlift/Tanker Association's Scholarship Fund, which supports local youth seeking money for college.
The tournament begins at 8am and prizes will be awarded.
"This is a great opportunity to have a good time golfing and raise funds for college to support high school youth in our community," said Master Sgt. William McQueen, event organizer.
